malas la!!

penah x korang rase malas, of course la penah kalo x bkn manusia la tu... aku nak trial nih tp bila dibilang ari mkin dekat kok..... tp aku rase MALAS yang teramat sengat untuk membukak buku ku itu dong.... bawak je lebih2 tp x bkk pon ni pon kalo x pikiq dua kali nak buat new post ke x... huh dah aa... ish ape nak jdi ni *knk dirumah jgn ikut budak ini hny dak ni saje leh buat. aku cuba cari inspired... baru2 ni pi solat raya jumpa la bun2 (ma fwen) look like she's struggling herself.. bdk mrsm la ktkn depa leh amik result trial depa kalo nak fly gi overseas aku nak wat camne lak bile tgk die ade la smngt ckit..... tp "HANGAT2 TAHI AYAM" jer.

thn lepas aku pnh la tny ustazah aku.
'ustazah mcmn nak hilang mals nih.'

doa hindar malas

mungkin sbb aku x istiqomah (berterusan) kot bace doa' ni ish ato dosa aku bnyk sangat, sbb tu x makbul tu... org kata kalo nak doa' makbul kena mintak sungguh dgn hati yang khusyuki sbb tu la aku rasa atao sbb ni...

Dan (ingatlah tatkala Tuhan kamu berfirman: "Demi sesungguhya! jika kamu bersyukur nescaya Aku
akan tambahi nikmatKu kepada kamu, 
dan demi sesungguhnya, jika kamu KUFUR ingkar sesungguhnya azabKU amatlah keras"

mungkin aku ni bkn hamba yang bersyukur sbb tu Allah tarik balik nikmat tu... 

jom kite doa' sama2

same2lah kite tingkatkan prestasi kurangkan kontroversi... hidup hanya sekali, bukan jom kite enjoy tp beramal dan beriman untuk teman kite di kubuq kelak noe...

itu je la kot... wassalam (mode jadi baek skang ni)

hati ini?!


alhamdulillah akhirnya dapat gak aku post entri ni... sedar x sedar kite dah dekat fasa terakhir mungkin kite skang tgh dok sibuk beli kasut, baju, buat kek, biskut dan lain2 lah... tapi..
adakah kite guna ramdhan yang berbaki ni dgn baik?? post kali ini adalah untuk aku sendiri.

semalam aku disoal oleh seorang cg. luar

"tahun ni macam sat je noh kite puasa?"

pertanyaan ini mengiakan aku sahaja meskipun aku baru sedar.... rasa sebentar sangat aku rasa ramadhan kali ini. kalau di hitung ramadhan yg lalu rasa lama.. aku x sempat rase lagi penat melampau.... aku tahu aku x macm depa2 yang soleh. baiklah ada satu soalan. bagaimana ramadhan anda?. aku x tau samaada anda nak jwb:

"alhamdulillah improvement."
atau
"ok jer."
atau
"x tau la nak cakap ape."

bagi sape jawapannye yg ke-tiga, taubatlah (prgtn untuk aku jua) sebab masih ade peluang untuk kita, gunakan ramadhan yg berbaki untuk cover balik dosa2 kite. aku ade bace satu hadith ni.


al-agharr bin yasar al-muzniy r.a berkata rasulullah s.a.w bersabda, "Hai sekalian manusia, bertaubatlah kamu kepada Allah dan beristighfarlah (mintalah amun) kepada-Nya, maka sesungguhnya saya bertaubat (istighfar) setiap hari seratus kali."

Demikianlah didikan Rasulullah s.a.w kepada kita ummat islam yang percaya kepada ajaran-Nya, sebab istighfar ituu bagi manusia merupakan suatu alat yang terbaik untuk taqarrun (mendekatkan diri) kepada Allah, sebab di situ ada pengertian pengakuan sebagai hamba yang lemah, di samping pengakuan terhadap kebesaran-Nya yang mutlak tidak terbatas.

Abu musa Al-Asy'ari r.a berkata, "Bersabda Nabi s.a.w. "sesunguhnya Allah membentangkan tangan rahmatNYa pada waktu malam supaya bertaubat orang yang telah melakukan maksiat pada siang hari,juga menghulurkan tangan kemurahan-Nya pada waktu siang, supaya bertaubat orang yang berdosa pada waktu malam. keadaan itu tetap berlangsung hingga terbit dari arah Barat."

di sini ingin aku mengatakan, aku bukan nak berlagak baik sesungguhnya aku tau diri aku bagaimana..... x rasa tersentuh ke dgn hadith nih?? sungguh masih ade peluang untuk kita bukti telah aku berikan. aku x soleh, aku tau tp doakan lah aku jadi THE BEST CALIPH. Diri ini rasa kerdil bila tgk blog2 orang yang baek2 mcm kak aku dan ramai lagi. kadang aku x suka bila orang kata "muka sama tapi perangai x sama." memanglah aku-aku dia dia..

caraku dan caranya berbeza....

baiklah ini saja untuk kali ini...

berani x semestinya x malu

... "wea faizah, sejak bile ko malu ni?" buat pengetahuan sume soalan ni sering kali diajukan dekat aku. satu soalan aku nak tanya korang ade perasaan malu?.. sudah tentu jawapannya YA!! kan? ha! macm tu jugak la jwpn aku kalo ade org tny cam tu....

andakah anda:
boleh cakap di depan?
boleh buat muke selenge bila kena marah?
pidato?
suka mencuba benda baru?
mencabar diri?
bole ambik risiko?
atau sewaktu denganya...

jika jawapan anda dalam salah satu soalan di atas ada Ya! maknanya anda seorang yang BERANI!!! TAHNIAH. sebab tak rami orang dapat 'award' nih. dan begitu juga saya. baiklah kisah kali ini adalah 'saya juga ada sifat malu'.


satu hari pada tahun 2006, di kelas 6 abu bakar suasana riuh mcm pasar almaklumlah UPSR dah abis dah waktu tu... budak2 dok syok main.. x kisah main apa pon mcm main uno card, perang2, patung barbie, malaysian idol.. depend la depa nak main ape tiap2 hari mesti ade je benda nak dibawa main. tp hari tu main benda2 alah tu kejap ja *boring la tuh dak2 kelas tu buatla 'sesi chit chat' x kisah sape nak join je la kemudian topik hangat mencelahi 'chit chat' tu. ade sorang dak laki nmnya kubis (kan nm sbnar)
"ha nnt bila aku nak cari calon isteri aku nak cntik cam ashwara rai, bibir mcm angelina jolie, mata macm heliza... hahahaha x de ahh main je la.."
al-mklumlah kobis ni popular orangnya, nasib badan. kemudian soalan ditujukan kat kubis "wea, jannah ko x minat ke?" ketika itu she's is the hottest... " x nak a'ah aku x suka pompuan camtu dok *peda sangat (*jaga)" and then at the same time aku lalu disitu. kemudian.... "ha aku x nak isteri cam faizah x malu" ...... dan ini menyebabkan aku...
pissed off... dan berlaku perbelahan di situ dan dimanangi oleh aku... x aah.. xde pape pon kubis tu main2 je aku tau.aku ckp kat kubis bajet aar... berani pon ade malu gak aa... he's says just kidding. alah dah darjah 6 pikirla sume dah knl prgi masing walopun x la knai sangat.

mcm tu jugaklah sekarang.. sehingga ade yang membuat statement bhw aku selambe sangat sampai buat org yg bukan sejantina dgn aku malu dibuatnya aku. ha!! aku rasa macam nak...
korek hidung buat dunno je tp rasa mcm x sdp hati.. kena ckp kat sume dunia jgn kc statement org berani x malu... sesungguhnya orang berani tu la yang paling banyak malunya bnding org yang natural malu!!! sbb malunye dilawan dan x nak di tunjuk (egola katakn) sungguh sebenarnya aku malu dapat statement macm tu so kalo sape yang pikir org berani ni x malu tukaq la jadi berani x semestinya x malu.. sbb 'saya jugak ade rase malu'

semoga amalan kita makin maju belaka gamaknya. tingkatkan prestasi kurangkan kontroversi go!!

p/s: cerita di atas depand korang nak kata kisah benar atau fiktif sbb aku x kisah.

Wiggling your toes activates nerves that stimulate your brain and internal organs.Do this exercise first thing each morning or after sitting for an extended period of time. It will help you to wake-up and become alert more quickly. Your whole body may feel pleasantly energized. Most important, your first steps – and those throughout the day – will be safer ones. (Falls are the second leading cause of spinal cord and brain injury among people over 65 years old.)



if you want to be excellent in your study just do this step:
  1. walking

When the cognitive abilities of elderly women were compared, those who walked regularly were less likely to experience age-related memory loss and other declines in mental function.

University of California at San Francisco researchers measured the brain function of nearly 6,000 women during an eight-year period. The results were correlated with the women's normal activity level, including their routine walking and stair-climbing.

"In the higher-energy groups, we saw much less cognitive decline," said neurologist Kristine Yaffe, MD. Of the women who walked the least (a half-mile per week), 24% had significant declines in their test scores, compared to only 17% of the most active women (17 miles per week).

It wasn't a matter of all or nothing. "We also found that for every extra mile walked per week there was a 13% less chance of cognitive decline," said Yaffe, who is Chief of Geriatric Psychiatry at the San Francisco Veterans Administration Medical Center. "So you don't need to be running marathons. The exciting thing is there was a 'dose' relationship which showed that even a little is good but more is better."

"In the higher-energy groups, we saw much less cognitive decline" – a protective effect amounting to as much as 40% – according to Yaffe. "This is an important intervention that all of us can do and it could have huge implications in preventing cognitive decline."

2. exercise


Before enrolling in the trial, and four months later, the cognitive abilities of the participants were tested in four areas: memory, executive functioning, attention/concentration, and psychomotor speed.
Compared to the medication group, the exercisers showed significant improvements in the higher mental processes of memory and in "executive functions" that involve planning, organization, and the ability to mentally juggle different intellectual tasks at the same time.

"What we found so fascinating was that exercise had its beneficial effect in specific areas of cognitive function that are rooted in the frontal and prefrontal regions of the brain," said Blumenthal. "The implications are that exercise might be able to offset some of the mental declines that we often associate with the aging process."

3.mental challenge

Contrary to popular myth, you do not lose mass quantities of brains cells as you get older. "There isn't much difference between a 25-year old brain and a 75-year old brain," says Dr. Monte S. Buchsbaum, who has scanned a lot of brains as director of the Neuroscience PET Laboratory at Mount Sinai School of Medicine.

Cognitive decline is not inevitable. When 6,000 older people were given mental tests throughout a ten-year period, almost 70% continued to maintain their brain power as they aged.

Certain areas of the brain, however, are more prone to damage and deterioration over time. One is the hippocampus , which transfers new memories to long-term storage elsewhere in the brain. Another vulnerable area is the basal ganglia, which coordinates commands to move muscles. Research indicates that mental exercise can improve these areas and positively affect memory and physical coordination.

so, this's what i'm kind of study at, human brain... well there's some question of mine that can't be answered yet. next topic is...
